Program Directors: begin registration by logging in to your Program Directors’ Portal.

Scheduling is first come, first served based on when full payment and all final forms are received. Submission of the initial General Registration Form shows interest, but your schedule is not secured until all Category Forms and fees are submitted and paid in full.

Step 1 – Indicate Intention to Attend

  • Submit the General Registration Form by November 21, 2025

    • This lets us know your school plans to participate and gives a rough outline of the events you expect to bring.

    • Payment of your institution fee ($205)  is requested along with this form.

Step 2 – Finalize Participants & Events

By January 16, 2026, complete the following through the Program Directors’ Portal:

  • Participating Student Roster (required before Category Forms)

  • Category Registration Forms for each event your students will enter

  • Original Script Submission (if applicable)

  • Liability Release Forms for all attendees

At this point, you will also submit full payment:

  • $32 per student

  • $22 per chaperone

Your scheduling priority is established once all Category Forms and full payment are received.

Step 3 – Submitting Payment

Electronic payment is available directly through the Program Directors’ Portal.

If paying by check, allow at least two weeks for processing:

Payable to: Lenaea High School Theatre Festival
Mail to: 2795 E Bidwell St #100 PMB 342, Folsom, CA 95630

All fees are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled due to a public health emergency.
